In questa posizione, supporti la crescita commerciale dell’azienda sui mercati italiano ed europeo, promuovendo soluzioni tecnologiche per autobus e veicoli commerciali. Lavori a stretto contatto con il management internazionale per sviluppare la base clienti e relazioni strategiche con OEM e operatori del trasporto pubblico. Sei chiamato a guidare l’intero ciclo di vendita, dalla generazione di opportunità alla chiusura contrattuale, contribuendo al posizionamento globale dell’azienda.

- Identificare opportunità commerciali nei mercati Italia ed Europa
- Gestire relazioni con OEM del settore autobus e veicoli commerciali
- Sviluppare portafoglio clienti e pipeline qualificata
- Gestire intero ciclo di vendita dalla lead generation alla chiusura
- Essere punto di contatto commerciale tra clienti europei e headquarter
- Analizzare mercato, concorrenti e tendenze
- Partecipare a fiere ed eventi commerciali in Italia e all’estero
- Minimo 3 anni in ruoli Sales o Business Development nei settori autobus, veicoli commerciali, automotive o componentistica industriale
- Comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo di nuovo business e acquisizione clienti
- Approccio commerciale orientato ai risultati e mentalità hunter
- Buona conoscenza vendita B2B complesse
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte Italia e Europa
- Autonomia operativa in contesti internazionali e multiculturali
- Preferibile provenienza da aziende di componenti o sistemi per automotive/trasporti
- Orientamento ai risultati
- Capacità di negoziazione e chiusura contratti
- Attitudine proattiva e orientata al networking
- Vendita B2B complessa
