Luxury Sales Team Lead - Clienteling & Growth Mentor
Join
Hermès in Milan seeks an experienced retail leader to supervise a client-focused team and drive sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards.
You will develop client relationships, support aftersales, and mentor colleagues to deliver an exceptional omnichannel experience, in line with Hermès procedures. Fluency in Italian and English is required; an additional language is a plus.
