Startup in rapida crescita e first mover nel mercato dei Security Token nel Sud Europa, ha sviluppato una piattaforma che consente la tokenizzazione di strumenti finanziari e Real World Assets. Supportata da investitori istituzionali, l'azienda sta ampliando rapidamente il proprio team su tutte le aree di business.
Offerta
La persona sarà responsabile dell'intero processo commerciale end-to-end, dalla presa in carico dei prospect fino al closing di contratti di licenza pluriennali, nello specifico avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Sviluppare opportunità commerciali su un portafoglio prospect qualificato (Banche, SGR, emittenti di prodotti MiFID)
- Gestire il contatto commerciale:
primo approccio → raccolta interesse → NDA → demo → proposta → closing - Condurre demo avanzate della piattaforma, mostrando:
- emissione di strumenti finanziari nativi su blockchain
- simulazione in tempo reale di investimento, vendita e circolazione
- nuove emissioni e conversione di titoli esistenti su blockchain
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team tecnico e di prodotto per valorizzare:
- processi
- prodotti
- infrastruttura tecnologica in linea con le esigenze di business e delle evoluzioni normative
- Chiudere contratti di licenza software (inizialmente contratti "light/test", seguiti da licenze triennali)
- Raggiungere obiettivi di sottoscrizione contratti , chiari e misurabili
Competenze ed esperienza
Competenze richieste
- Esperienza consolidata nel mondo bancario/finanziario, preferibilmente in: Capital Market, Asset Management e prodotti strutturati
- Forte capacità di interazione con controparti istituzionali
- Comprensione dei processi di emissione e post-emissione dei titoli
- Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni software o digitali (Sales IT / Digital Sales)
- Capacità di gestire un prodotto con elevata complessità tecnica
- Approccio consultivo e orientamento al closing
- Familiarità con blockchain, digital assets o DLT
- Esperienza pregressa in fintech, software house o vendor tecnologici
- Network attivo su banche e SGR tra Italia e Lussemburgo
