In questa posizione, puoi guidare la progettazione e l’implementazione di soluzioni CTI basate su Genesys Cloud CX all’interno della Digital Experience. Lavori con team multidisciplinari per offrire soluzioni innovative ai clienti, integrando sistemi enterprise e AI avanzate. Il ruolo combina analisi, progettazione architetturale e responsabilità di coordinamento con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Colleghi stakeholder e team di progetto per guidare soluzioni con impatto concreto sul business.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Progettare, sviluppare e implementare soluzioni basate su Genesys Cloud CX
- Definire architetture integrate con i principali provider di telecomunicazioni
- Progettare ed evolvere soluzioni basate su Agentic AI e Generative AI
- Realizzare integrazioni con sistemi e piattaforme di terze parti (CRM, motori TTS, chatbot, servizi applicativi)
- Coordinare attività progettuali e gestire il team e le relazioni con i clienti assegnati
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni di Contact Center basate su Genesys Cloud CX
- Consolidata esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e nel coordinamento di stakeholder
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Sede di Milano
