In this advisory role you help customers establish a solid technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. You guide executive stakeholders, platform owners, and engineering teams to align architecture with the customer’s digital transformation goals. You drive governance, data strategy, and integrations to keep the platform healthy and scalable. This role combines architectural leadership with direct engagement to position ServiceNow as the standard platform across the customer environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Act as architectural advisor across engagements to shape customer solutions with internal and partner teams
• Translate business goals and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for complex outcomes
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform integrated with core applications
• Manage technical governance, delivery model, and governance processes
• Ensure platform health by reducing technical debt and aligning with leading ServiceNow practices
• Support sales through scoping and estimating engagements and change orders
• Contribute to the development of leading practices and expertise for the ServiceNow platform
• Develop relationships with customer leadership to understand their digital transformation vision

Responsabilità

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services/SaaS environment or equivalent
• Management consulting experience
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Industry domain expertise
• Large program experience leading architecture and design
• Right to work in country
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making (desired)
