Stiamo ricercando un Technical Consultant da inserire all’interno di un team di lavoro dedicato alla gestione, progettazione e sviluppo di soluzioni orientate alla Customer Experience. La risorsa opererà su progetti basati sulla piattaforma Genesys Cloud, leader di mercato nel settore, contribuendo all’ottimizzazione dei processi dei clienti.
Principali responsabilità
- Supportare la progettazione, configurazione e sviluppo di soluzioni Omnichannel/Multichannel in ambito Customer Experience
- Partecipare alla gestione operativa delle soluzioni CX, contribuendo alla loro evoluzione e ottimizzazione
- Interfacciarsi con i Clienti per comprendere requisiti, bisogni e processi, proponendo soluzioni efficaci
- Fornire supporto tecnico continuativo, troubleshooting e gestione delle attività di miglioramento.
Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza di 2/3 anni nel ruolo
- Conoscenza della piattaforma Genesys Cloud
- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine alla collaborazione in team
- Problem solving e orientamento al risultato
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Contratto: Contratto in somministrazione a tempo indeterminato Experis - CCNL Metalmeccanico; ticket + ass. sanitaria; welfare; livello di inquadramento e RAL da commisurare in base all’esperienza del/la candidato/a.
