Send Welcome Packs and coordinate all pre-arrival requirements (documentation, databases, instructor approvals, customer preferences).* Conduct pilots’ welcome, initial briefing, and provide continuous support throughout their stay.* Assist instructors with material, room access, and operational needs.* Responsible for Client Satisfaction Surveys and feedback management.* Manage client check-in (Gemini), access requests, parking authorisations, and security clearances (L231).* Manage office supplies and consumables (ARIBA requisitions).* Support other departments with administrative and operational tasks as required.* Ensure Training Centre readiness (connectivity, heating, screens, supplies).* Experience in Customer Service, Training Administration, or Operational Coordination.* Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.* Esperienza in Customer Service, Training Administration o Coordinamento Operativo.* Inglese fluente; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.* We hold ourselves accountable for building an inclusive community at every level, and our comprehensive benefits support you professionally and personally.Together, we are All For shaping a future where safety, sustainability, and inclusivity lead the way.
