We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team within ICON Biotech. Our biotech division operates with a mindset aligned to small and mid-sized biopharma. Our tailored teams and management understand the different pressures that are faced by biotechs and will engage, collaborate and share ownership in the delivery of their clinical trials. Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.

• Ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, and certified as per Italian law

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an independent Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Fluent Italian and English

Willingness to travel across Italy.
