We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team supporting You will be the voice of a trusted global travel company assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support.
Contract : Permanent and Temporary
Shift :
~Rotational Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00
Provide customer support through phone email and chat
Assist customers with bookings account issues and general inquiries
Deliver service with empathy accuracy and professionalism
Represent the brand and ensure top customer satisfaction
Native/fluent in Croatian
English C1 and above
Basic computer literacy
EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
Relocation support (up to 300 eur financial support and 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office)
