La nostra azienda cliente, con sede in Lombardia e un fatturato di circa 70 milioni di euro, opera nel settore cosmesi e del benessere della persona e si contraddistingue per una forte attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime. In un contesto di crescita e di ricerca di innovazione, ci ha incaricato di trovare un/una R&D DIRECTOR. La risorsa che stiamo cercando, rispondendo alla Direzione Commerciale, si occuperà di: - definire la strategia di ricerca e sviluppo in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali - selezionare i nuovi progetti sui quali investire per la formulazione di nuovi prodotti - gestire un team di circa dieci persone - collaborare con Acquisti, Produzione e Qualità per garantire che le formulazioni siano producibili, conformi agli standard e coerenti con le specifiche di progetto - gestire il budget destinato alla ricerca e sviluppo Il/la candidato/a ideale: - ha una laurea in chimica o Ingegneria chimica; - ha consolidata esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore cosmetico; - ha una buona conoscenza dell’inglese Completano il profilo: - capacità di leadership e team working - forte motivazione alla ricerca e all’innovazione - proattività Gli interessati di entrambi i sessi (l.13 GDPR 679/16) sono pregati di inviare il proprio CV tramite la sezione ricerche in corso del sito ehritaly.
