Customer Success Specialist (Italiano & Inglese)
In qualità di Customer Success Specialist , supporterai clienti di lingua italiana e inglese garantendo un’esperienza positiva.
Sarai il punto di riferimento per i clienti nel periodo post-vendita, aiutandoli a raggiungere i loro obiettivi e a massimizzare il valore dei servizi offerti.
Il ruolo è ideale per persone orientate al cliente, con buone capacità comunicative e interesse per un ambiente internazionale e dinamico .
Gestire un portafoglio di clienti italiani e internazionali
Supportare i clienti nel percorso post-vendita per favorire adozione e soddisfazione
Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti via email, telefono e sistemi interni
Identificare rischi e opportunità, escalando i casi quando necessario
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (scritta e parlata)
~ Idoneità a lavorare in Bulgaria (cittadinanza UE o valido permesso di lavoro)
Spiccate capacità di customer service e comunicazione
Esperienza in Customer Success, Account Management o Supporto clienti
Conoscenza di CRM o strumenti di Customer Success
Programma di onboarding e formazione strutturato
Supporto alla relocation (volo + hotel)
