Coordinare le attività quotidiane del Front Office: Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell Desk.
Gestire il team Front Office: selezione, formazione, motivazione e valutazione delle performance.
Collaborare con i reparti Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B e Sales per garantire un servizio integrato.
Supervisionare la gestione delle prenotazioni, assegnazioni camere, VIP arrivals e overbooking.
Implementare procedure di sicurezza, privacy e gestione documentale.
Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è considerata un plus.
Capacità di analisi dei dati operativi e reportistica.
Familiarità con le procedure di upselling, cross-selling e gestione revenue al Front Office.
Proattività, problem solving e gestione dello stress.
