What will be your mission?

In luxury hospitality, Front Office is the first expression of excellence.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on hospitality professional with strong organisational skills, international exposure and a natural passion for guest service excellence.

What will you do?

• Supervise daily Front Office operations
• Support and coordinate the Reception team during daily activities
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Handle guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and operational departments
• Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality procedures and standards
• Assist the Front Office Manager with departmental operations

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role within international hotels or luxury hospitality
• Mandatory international working experience abroad
• Knowledge of at least one additional language
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset and problem‑solving attitude
• Professional standing and attention to detail
• Operational flexibility and guest‑focused approach
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
