As R&D Manager Power Electronics within our Mobile Power Solutions business youll drive innovation in Pescara by guiding and empowering a cross-functional team with the clarity and structure they need to excel. At our Pescara site youll make a tangible local impact while gaining international visibility across Dometics global network.
Ensure that development teams deliver products that are safe reliable and meet required quality and performance standards
Lead continuous improvement of development processes to increase efficiency quality and speed in bringing new products to market
Build and manage partnerships with external consultants to secure temporary expertise and resources when needed
Take the lead on the technical decision-making process for power electronics product development
