Field Service Engineer (Multi-Vendor Services) page is loaded## Field Service Engineer (Multi-Vendor Services)locations: Rome (IT)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 569080### Job TitleField Service Engineer (Multi-Vendor Services)### Job Description**Field Service Engineer (Multi-Vendor Services).**Deliver expert maintenance and technical support for biomedical equipment while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance at **San Camillo-Forlanini Hospital in Rome**.**Your role:****Customer Service**· Build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.· Communicate clearly and promptly about equipment and service issues.· Meet commitments and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS).· Set realistic expectations and deliver exceptional service.**Teamwork**· Collaborate with regional team members and support colleagues.· Stay flexible and proactive in learning new tools and device types.· Compliance**· Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.· Complete administrative tasks on time (work orders, timesheets, reports).**Technical**· Apply electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.· Attend training and apply lessons learned on the job.**You're the right fit if you have:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineer or High school diploma or vocational certification in electronics or similar.* Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing biomedical equipment in healthcare settings.* Strong technical skills in electronics, mechanics, and networking.* Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.* Basic informatics/networking knowledge is a plus.* Intermediate level of English in addition to Italian as local language.* Availability to travel when needed.* Availability to work also as part of on-call shifts. **Location**Based in Rome – working at San Camilla-Forlanini Hospital. **How we work together** Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
