Through their work, they deliver insights and provide support that keep laboratories running smoothly and more efficiently.**Join our dynamic organization to be a part of this rewarding and exciting work**, where you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our **GC/GCMS and GCMS-QQQ**.Your main responsibilities will be to: • Respond to customer needs by providing **repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities** • Contact customers in a timely manner and **schedule service efficiently** • Connect with manager and sales team to **understand and meet customer needs** and expectations • Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately • Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service • Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and proceduresThis position requires **regular travel** to clients located in the **Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo and Campania region**, as well as occasional support for additional customers across Italy when required.
