Senior Sales Developer - Construction Impiantistica HVAC
La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e gestire le attività commerciali e contribuire alla definizione delle strategie di crescita. Il ruolo prevede un mix di attività di sviluppo new business e gestione clienti consolidati.
Responsabilità principali
- Sviluppo commerciale del portafoglio clienti nei segmenti civili e industriali.
- Analisi del mercato, identificazione di nuove opportunità e gestione delle trattative.
- Collaborazione con le funzioni tecniche per analisi di fattibilità, preventivi e offerte.
- Presidiare gare e capitolati, con focus su soluzioni impiantistiche ad alto contenuto tecnico.
- Presidio delle attività di post-vendita e gestione della relazione con i clienti strategici.
- Reportistica commerciale verso la Direzione.
