ph3Overview /h3pThis role will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDay-to-day finance activities /liliGeneral administrative tasks: contact with bank, customers, suppliers and all departments /liliPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting /liliReconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy /liliSupport finance manager with month, quarter, year-end closing /liliMonitoring and planning cash flow requirements /liliControlling AR / AP / General Ledger /liliGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements /liliManaging preparation of all financial reports balance sheets /liliPreparations of the budget /liliAnalysis of the budget versus actual results /liliProcess optimization /liliMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties /liliPreparing VAT declaration /liliSupport financial manager in day-to-day operations /liliReplacing finance manager in case of absence /liliEnsure all matters consistent with Global company policies and Laws /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHigher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification /lili5 years experience as Senior Accountant or Finance Manager /liliKnowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc.) /liliKnowledge of business languages: English /li /ulh3Job Details /h3ulliSeniority level: Mid-Senior level /liliEmployment type: Full-time /liliJob function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance /liliIndustries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage /li /ulh3Locations Compensation /h3pAnn Arbor, MI and Dundee, MI with reported salary ranges as listed in the original posting (e.g., $115,000.00-$130,000.00 etc.). /ppNote: This description retains the original job information while presenting it in a clean, accessible structure. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
