We foster a culture ofbresilience, challenge, respect, excellence, /bandbchange /b, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p pWe’re currently looking for abTreasury Officer – Project Finance /bto join our M Renewables team in Italy in ourbMilan /boffices. /p pbYour role will encompass /b: /p ul liPreparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactions /li liManaging complex financial models to analyse debt funding and returns /li liEvaluating bankability aspects of projects documents (EPC, OM, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analytical analysis /li liSelection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination /li liDealing execution including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdowns /li liFinance documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reportin and waiver process /li /ul pbWhat you bring to the role /b: /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
