Overview
Join BIC World as Field Sales Manager for the Stationers channel in Italy. You will develop and execute sales strategies, lead a regional team, and drive growth through key distributors and retailers. You will manage territory coverage, build strong customer relationships, and monitor performance with data-driven insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with marketing, finance, and supply chain goals, delivering measurable impact. This is an opportunity to shape the Italian market presence for a global, sustainability-minded brand.
Responsabilità- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Italian market aligned with company objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team to achieve targets
- Optimize territory management and market penetration
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, supply chain, and other departments
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- FMCG/CPG field sales management experience; stationers/traditional trade experience a plus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of the Italian market, channels, and consumer behavior
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English; experience with sales management software
- Proficient in using sales management software and tools for performance tracking and reporting
