ppJoin to apply for the bQA/QC Manager /b role at bHill International, Inc. /b /p pHill International is seeking a QA/QC Manager for one of our Oil Gas projects based in Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject QA/QC Manager for the overall onshore and offshore fields development. /li liMajor Contracts involving detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Offshore Platforms, Onshore Mellitah Complex Expansion work scope, Offshore pipelines, Subsea Production facilities, Subsea control system and Offshore Drilling contracts /li liDevelopment of the project Quality Management System /li liEstablishing quality processes internally/with Contractors /li liReview and approval of contractors technical qualifications and procedures (NDT, fabrication, welding, hydro etc.) /li liMonitoring of the QA/QC implementation process throughout the project execution phase /li liPreparation of Document/System turnover /li liRisk Register /li liCoordinating MOC process /li liPreparation of the Project Verification scheme for the execution of Independent Verification. /li liReview and Approval of EPIC/EPC Contractors QA/QC deliverables and audit plans /li /ul h3Key Activities /h3 ul liResponsible for development of quality control systems /li liManage performance of internal audits /li liEnsure implementation of the organization's Document Control System /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university /li liWork experience of fifteen (15) years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree /li liExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports. /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pHill International, with more than 4,100+ professionals in over 100 offices worldwide, provides program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, advisory, facilities management, and other consulting services to clients in a variety of market sectors.
