Therapy Development Manager - Aortic Western Europe

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Manager to drive adoption of aortic therapies across Western Europe. Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities in aortic therapies
• Build and execute market development plans aligned with regional and global strategic priorities
• Lead planning and execution of digital solutions initiatives across Western Europe
• Direct product launch planning, readiness activities, and cross-functional team coordination
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to drive adoption and business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years marketing, commercial, or business development experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in matrix organizations
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred
• Aortic or vascular experience highly valued; new market creation and product launch experience valuable
