ph3Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant /h3 pJoin us as a Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, focusing on driving innovation in RD, product development, and digital transformation. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 ul liProvide expert advice, analysing business problems and developing data‑driven strategies. /li liGuide implementation to improve client performance, managing projects in RD, Product Development and New Product Introduction, and in Digital Process improvement leveraging technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin) and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE). /li liStrategic Advisory: Analyse client data, identify issues and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in RD – from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin. /li liProject Leadership: Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets and timelines. /li liSolution Development: Create actionable plans for RD improvement, operational excellence or digital transformation. /li liImplementation Change Management: Drive execution of new processes, technologies and methodologies, supporting the organization to embrace change and fostering adoption. /li liClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with C‑levels in the RD field, lead meetings and present findings. /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data and situations. /li liCommunication: Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. /li liTeam Leadership: Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development. /li liCollaborate across Capgemini Group entities (technological experts, data, designers, etc.) to deliver best solutions. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liMinimum 6+ years in industrial sectors in Product Development or Digital Engineering Transformation, within consulting firms or major automotive / manufacturing brands. /li liMaster’s degree in a STEM area, engineering preferred. /li liExperience with data management, analytics, AI concepts and preferably exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI. /li liRelevant certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean are advantageous. /li liFluency in Italian and English; additional language is a plus. /li liProactive, always one step ahead of emerging trends. /li liDesire to join a dynamic, close‑knit team that fosters daily growth. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE /h3 ul liLead innovative strategy projects around digital and future‑proof topics that transform the status quo. /li liShape your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth. /li liBenefit from flexible hybrid working, 5 weeks of vacation, employee referral bonus, company shares programme and annual fitness subscription contribution. /li /ul pCapgemini Italy is an equal opportunity employer.
