Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. /p /brpWe are looking for a highly experienced bSenior Network Security Technical Lead /b to join our team and support one of our largest global customers in the Luxury industry. /p /brpThis is a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, international, and highly innovative environment, supporting the deployment, and evolution of mission-critical network and security infrastructures across multiple countries. /p /brpThe successful candidate will combine expert-level technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities, acting as the technical lead for the Global Network Operations team while collaborating closely with Architects, Internal customer stakeholders, NOC department and the PMO to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. /p /brpThe role requires a hands‑on professional capable of leading complex deployment projects on Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, driving technical excellence, coordinating engineering activities, and contributing to the continuous evolution of a global enterprise infrastructure. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliServe as the Technical Lead for the engineering team; /li /brliCoordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability; /li /brliCollaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution; /li /brliMonitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions; /li /brliAct as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues; /li /brliLead technical governance meetings; /li /brliLead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects; /li /brliPerform expert-level troubleshooting in complex multi‑vendor enterprise environments; /li /brliLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents; /li /brliEnsure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes. /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills /h3 /brul /brli8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network and Security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role; /li /brliProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects; /li /brliStrong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF); /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN); /li /brliStrong customer-facing and communication skills; /li /brliExperience working in international enterprise environments; /li /brliRelevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required. /li /br /ul /brpHiring location: Milan (with a flexible hybrid working policy) /p /brh3Workplace type: /h3 /brpHybrid Working /p /brh3About NTT DATA /h3 /brpNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
