Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join our Management Systems Compliance team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the eyewear industry, support, develop and implement compliance activities related to sustainability, quality, occupational health and safety, and recycled materials certifications.

As a Management Systems Compliance Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the creation, update, and organization of management system documentation (e.g. policies, procedures, work instructions).
• Maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance with SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, GRS, FSC, and ISCC standards.
• Preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Assisting during audit activities and managing follow‑up actions related to corrective measures.
• Supporting the implementation of traceability systems for GRS‑ and ISCC‑certified materials.
• Ensuring proper identification of certified products in accordance with GRS and ISCC guidelines.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on quality, sustainability, and occupational health and safety.
• Preparing reports for Management and identifying trends or areas for improvement.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You hold a univeristy degree in Economics, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences or related fields;
• You have a basic knowledge of FSC, SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GRS, and ISCC standards (preferred but not mandatory).
• You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You are fluent in English;
• You are precise, detail‑oriented, and organized;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
