ppJoin our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. /ppWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel’s growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel’s commercial goals /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; /liliEstablish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR) /liliAnalyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities /liliRepresent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador /liliProactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant events /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performance /liliContribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development /liliDeliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections /liliPrepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunities /liliMaintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment /liliClient database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure /liliStrong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences /liliExcellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept /liliFluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish) /liliUnderstanding of Italian for the work environment is preferred /liliHighly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /li /ulpThis announcement is open to candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77 – Legislative Decree no. 198/2006). /ppFor the privacy policy, please visit the website /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
