ppLa risorsa, inserita all’interno della funzione ICT aziendale, garantirà supporto tecnico agli utenti aziendali, assicurando la continuità operativa dei sistemi IT in ambito direzionale, produttivo, logistico e commerciale. Le principali attività saranno: /pulliAssistenza tecnica agli utenti tramite ticket, telefono e interventi on-site. /liliInstallazione, configurazione e manutenzione di PC, notebook, sistemi operativi e applicazioni aziendali. /liliGestione di account utente, permessi, onboarding/offboarding e periferiche. /liliConfigurazione e supporto di telefonia VoIP, dispositivi mobili Android/iOS e sistemi MDM (Microsoft Intune). /liliSupporto informatico alle aree produttive, interfacciandosi con fornitori e specialisti applicativi. /liliAggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi di supporto IT. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
