Cerchiamo il primo Sales Engineer di Jet HR . Sarai il riferimento tecnico delle trattative Mid-Market ed Enterprise , lavorando a stretto contatto con Sales, Product ed Engineering. Il ruolo non ha ancora un playbook: sarai tu a costruirlo.
Cosa farai
- Condurrai discovery e demo tecniche su misura insieme agli Account Executive
- Farai scoping di integrazioni e POC con i prospect più complessi
- Gestirai RFP, RFI, security e compliance questionnaire
- Tradurrai esigenze di business in requisiti tecnici , confrontandoti con Product ed Engineering
- Garantirai un handover pulito verso Customer Success e Implementation
Chi cerchiamo
- 3-5 anni in pre-sales, solution engineering o technical account management in contesti B2B / SaaS
- Ottime capacità di gestione del cliente, dal C-level ai team IT
- Solida comprensione di API, integrazioni, architetture dati, security e compliance
- Capacità di costruire demo e soluzioni personalizzate
- Mentalità consulenziale e forte ownership
- Voglia di costruire processi da zero in un contesto in forte crescita
Esperienza in HR Tech, payroll o software gestionali enterprise è un plus.
Milano – Hybrid, 3 giorni/settimana in ufficio
€60K OTE (40K fisso + 20K variabile legato a target sales)
