Emilia-Romagna Field Sales Leader (Regional)

SumUp Inc. in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy is seeking a hands-on Field Sales Territory Manager to lead and scale the regional sales team from the field. You will guide strategy, drive revenue, and ensure strong customer engagement across merchants in the Emilia-Romagna region.
The role requires a proven track record in field sales (ideally SaaS/digital products), exceptional leadership, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel within the region is expected as part of daily operations.
