Investor Relations Analyst - Private Markets

​We are supporting an established private markets investment platform with the hire of an Investor Relations Analyst to join its Milan office.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate looking to develop within Investor Relations, Capital Raising and Private Markets, working closely with senior members of the team across LP coverage, fundraising activity and investor communication.The role will support investor coverage across Southern Europe and Italy, with potential exposure to selected international LP relationships over time. The platform offers strong private markets exposure and would suit someone looking to build a long-term career within fundraising and investor relations.Responsibilities will include:Supporting the Investor Relations and Sales team across LP coverage and fundraising activityAssisting with investor materials, pitch books, DDQs, presentations and reporting documentsConducting market research on institutional investors, consultants and private markets activitySupporting communication with LPs across Europe and selected international marketsWorking closely with senior team members across the full fundraising and investor relations cycleIdeal candidate profile:1–2 years’ experience in investor relations, private equity, private assets, asset management, placement agent, fund distribution, or a relevant GP internshipSpanish native or background experience in Spanish/Southern Europe marketStrong academic background from a well-regarded university or business schoolBased in Milan or genuinely willing to relocateStrong interest in private equity, private markets and institutional fundraisingCommercial mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsConfident, personable and comfortable working with senior stakeholdersHumble, proactive and positive attitudeThis would suit someone at the start of their career who is ambitious, polished and keen to learn within a high-quality private markets environment.Please reach out directly if you would like to learn more or know someone who could be relevant.Discipline(s): Renewable Energy, Energy FinanceJob type: Permanent
