Principal Engineer, Analog Design (Power) Engineering

In this role you will lead the design of high-performance power-management ICs for portable consumer applications within a multi-site analog/mixed-signal team. You will architect, design, and validate power blocks and coordinate with system architects to ensure seamless SoC integration. The position combines hands-on circuit design with mentoring, cross-site collaboration, and interface with Tier-1 OEMs. This is a chance to drive innovation in power electronics at ADI’s CSS group and impact next-generation PMICs.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Architect, design, and validate high-performance power-management circuits (switching regulators, LDOs, charge pumps)
• Develop closed-loop control architectures, compensation, and transient-response improvements
• Lead power block bring-up, silicon debug and optimization across PVT variations
• Collaborate with system architects to define end-to-end power architectures for complex SoCs
• Provide technical presentations to internal teams and customers
• Support layout, lab evaluation, and test to ensure delivery meeting requirements
• Improve analog design methodologies to reduce time and cost to market
• Engage in multi-site cross-functional work and potential supervisory/mentoring roles

• Electronic Engineering degree
• 10+ years' experience as an analog/mixed-signal IC designer
• Deep expertise in power-management circuit design (switching regulators, LDOs, charge pumps, control-loop architectures)
• Experience with amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits is advantageous
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to take full cell or system ownership from architecture to implementation and debug
• Experience integrating power-management and analog blocks into complex SoCs or microcontroller systems is advantageous
• Some travel required
