Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead the digital IC design flow for SOCs within NXP’s Industrial & IoT Edge initiatives, partnering with analog, mixed‑signal, and software teams. You drive innovative architectures and verification strategies to meet performance, power, and area goals, while ensuring high quality through DFT, post‑silicon validation, and process improvements. You’ll mentor engineers and contribute to design methodology in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment that values world‑class, at‑scale MCU/SoC products.
