Experteer OverviewIn questa posizione, gestisci lo sviluppo e la crescita del segmento CPG all’interno della divisione Enterprise. Lavori a stretto contatto con i clienti per offrire soluzioni integrate, guidando opportunità con clientela esistente e potenziale. Metti a terra offerte complesse coordinando team e risorse, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget e migliorando i servizi sulla base di feedback di mercato. Unisci visione strategica e capacità operativa per proporre soluzioni innovative in un contesto internazionale e orientato al cliente.Retribuzione / BenefitsProgettare ed eseguire una strategia di crescita generando opportunità con clienti esistenti e nuoviGestire un portafoglio clienti, dal posizionamento all’implementazione delle soluzioni, mantenendo relazioni a lungo termineSfruttare la conoscenza delle soluzioni nel portfolio (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, IoT, Industry 4.0) per offrire approcci integratiGestire offerte, trattative e supervisionare la delivery di progetti e servizi coordinando le risorse tramite competence centerRaggiungere gli obiettivi di budget e monitorare fatturazione e incassiRimanere aggiornato su tendenze di mercato e tecnologie emergenti per proporre soluzioni innovativeAnalizzare feedback clienti e dati di mercato per migliorare i servizi e guidare il miglioramento continuoResponsabilitàComprovata esperienza gestione clienti nel settore CPGCapacità di raggiungere e superare obiettivi di vendita e crescitaComprensione dei processi dei clienti, tecnologie e delivery di progettiPensiero strategico e ottime competenze analitiche per budgeting e forecastingLaurea, preferibilmente STEMOttima conoscenza dell’inglese e esperienza su progetti internazionaliEccellenti doti comunicative e gestione delle relazioni commercialiPropensione al lavoro di squadra e capacità di costruire relazioni con interlocutori variDisponibilità a viaggiare/trasferte#J-18808-Ljbffr
