Responsibilities- Sales planning & strategic target modelling: Architect the overall sales planning framework, define objectives by market, channel, and sales perimeter; lead the strategic target modeling process, translating assumptions, forecasts, and commercial ambitions into precise, data‑driven targets; ensure goals are measurable, aspirational, and aligned with Costa’s business priorities.
- Incentives engineering & performance intelligence: Design and refine incentive schemes (standard, customized, or innovative); oversee forecasting and performance tracking; calibrate payout logic with strategic expectations and real operational behavior; strengthen the link between performance intelligence and reward mechanisms.
- Advanced analytics, insights & commercial recommendations: Conduct quantitative analyses that combine rigor with strong commercial impact; deliver insights to influence strategic choices across multiple geographies.
