Move with us for a better world! /p /brh3Your Role /h3 /brpWe are looking for an energetic and process-driven Commercial Sales Controller to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Reporting to the CFO, you will support operations through proactive steering and control of the business, acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner — providing financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short- and long-term decisions. /p /brh3Your Impact /h3 /brul /brliOversee the implementation and development of sales reporting, in alignment with our sales excellence process, delivering comprehensive analyses of financial metrics and business KPIs. /li /brliManage forecasts of commercial performance (e.g., leads, proposals, orders, revenue, RC, overdue) across all dimensions of the business model. /li /brliContribute to the formulation of forecasts and budgets by preparing monthly variance analyses from a PL perspective, both in total and by business model dimension. /li /brliOversee project management, including monitoring project progress through to-do list follow-ups, gap analysis, problem-solving, and recovery planning. /li /brliConduct analyses for PL and financial KPIs in preparation for contract renewal and periodic progress tracking/follow-up. /li /brliDefine and update incentive systems for the sales network. /li /br /ul /brh3About You /h3 /brul /brliMaster's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. /li /brli6-8 years of relevant experience. /li /brliProficiency in financial modeling and the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses and forecasting. /li /brliExperience with budgeting processes and forecasting techniques, including rolling forecasts. /li /brliAdvanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and the use of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). /li /brliFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools for tracking project progress and managing deliverables. /li /brliAbility to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). /li /brliExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis. /li /br /ul /brh3Compensation Data /h3 /brpWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
