Overview
Ruolo chiave per guidare la struttura Digital e le strategie di vendita in un contesto di concessionaria pubblicitaria di gruppo editoriale. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con direzioni commerciali, marketing e operations per massimizzare le revenue e l'impatto delle campagne multicanale. Dovrai individuare nuove opportunità di business, stabilire partnership strategiche e gestire relazioni con stakeholder chiave. L'opportunità offre un percorso a tempo indeterminato con piano retributivo fisso+variabile e presenza in ufficio. In questa posizione potrai modellare la strategia digitale, influenzando la offerta ADV e la percezione di valore sul mercato, in un ambiente internazionale e orientatoa

Responsabilità
- Guidare la struttura Digital e le relative strategie di vendita
- Definire la strategia digitale in collaborazione con le direzioni commerciali
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e partnership strategiche
- Incrementare la percezione del valore aziendale sul mercato e le relative revenues
- Sviluppare e implementare un action plan commerciale orientato alla crescita
- Supportare attivamente le direzioni commerciali nelle attività di sviluppo
- Gestire e sviluppare clienti attivi e prospect
- Partecipare alla definizione di accordi strategici con clienti chiave
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con stakeholder rilevanti
- Collaborare con i team Marketing e Operations
- Monitorare le performance e intervenire con azioni correttive
- Garantire il coinvolgimento e l'efficacia dei team commerciali
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7-10 anni di esperienza in ambito Digital
- Esperienza nella gestione e fidelizzazione di stakeholder
- Capacità di interazione con centri media e clienti diretti
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'offerta ADV digitale (display, programmatic, video, social, native, audio, ecc.)
- Approccio strategico e analitico
- Capacità di sviluppo commerciale e posizionamento sul mercato
