Adecco Italia Spa ricerca per multinazionale leader del settore dell'ingegneria impiantistica una figura da inserire come Project Trade Compliance Analyst su Milano.
All'interno dell'organizzazione di progetto, la risorsa dovrà garantire la conformità delle attività del progetto che coinvolgono esportazione, riesportazione, importazione, trasferimento e intermediazione di beni, software e tecnologie alle leggi e ai regolamenti applicabili in materia di Trade Compliance.
Responsabilità
- Identificare i rischi e le vulnerabilità connessi alle attività del progetto in relazione a esportazione, riesportazione, importazione, trasferimento e intermediazione di beni, software e tecnologie
- Effettuare lo screening dei prodotti per individuare quelli che richiedono autorizzazioni all'esportazione/importazione
- Coordinare le funzioni di progetto coinvolte (ad es. procurement, logistica, ingegneria, contract management, project control, project management, finanza) in relazione alle tematiche di Project Trade Compliance
- preparare le richieste di autorizzazione
- garantire la corretta ed efficiente archiviazione della documentazione relativa alla Trade Compliance
Si offre un contratto di sostituzione maternità in somministrazione.
