Thermal Cadastre & FGAS Compliance Coordinator (Trainee)

Role Description:

We are seeking an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre squad. You will act as a vital support link for file management, client onboarding, and regulatory verification tasks.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Handle and route client submissions pertaining to compliance mandates;
• Scrutinize, approve, and format technical and administrative dossiers for FGAS rules and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE);
• Upload and revise datasets on official compliance portals and internal databases.
• Sync efforts with engineering teams to honor statutory timelines and legal duties;
• Accompany colleagues on site visits and perform field inspections when necessary.

Requirements

• Technical diploma, ideally in Thermal/Plumbing, Energy, Mechanics, or an equivalent track;
• Strong curiosity regarding plant regulations and legislative frameworks;
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word familiarity expected);
• Thorough, systematic, and highly attentive to small details;
• Personable, persuasive, and dedicated to client satisfaction;
• Comfortable rotating between administrative office duties and on-location client engagements.
