We combine technical expertise with respect for local communities to meet the energy challenges of tomorrow. /p h3REDEN: a unique mindset! /h3 pBecause our team is our greatest asset, respect, inclusion, diversity, and talent recognition are integral to our corporate culture. /p pJoining REDEN means joining a fast-growing, agile company, driven by an ambitious CSR policy, where people and collective commitment are at the heart of every success. /p pIn a simple, multicultural, and friendly environment, you’ll be part of a passionate team united by the same goal: accelerating the energy transition and generating a positive impact on local communities. /p pTo support our growth, we are looking for a: /p h3PROJECT MANAGER - BESS PV (F/M/D) /h3 pPermanent contract /p pRome, Italy /p h3Your main tasks /h3 h3TO DEVELOP PHOTOVOLTAIC AND BESS PROJECTS AND MANAGE PERMITTING PROCESS /h3 ul liIdentify and assess potential sites using GIS tools, feasibility studies, and technical and economic analyses. /li liReview permitting requirements and the regulatory framework to confirm project feasibility. /li liOversee the Italian permitting process to reach ready‑to‑build status, coordinating plant and grid‑connection authorizations. /li liEnsure full compliance of the projects with applicable regulations and environmental standards. /li /ul h3TO COORDINATE WITH GRID OPERATORS AND STAKEHOLDERS /h3 ul liNegotiate and manage agreements with grid operators. /li liNegotiate land agreements, contracts, and other project-related documentation. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (local authorities, public administrations, and regulatory bodies). /li /ul h3TO COLLABORATE WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS /h3 ul liTransition projects from ready-to-build status to construction phase. /li liProvide technical and administrative support during construction. /li liCoordinate with Construction Managers until commercial operation date is achieved. /li liEnsure continuity of project information and documentation. /li /ul h3TO ENSURE REPORTING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT /h3 ul liDevelop clear and effective project plans with defined milestones. /li liPrepare executive-level reports for timely decision-making. /li liMonitor project timelines, project budget and resource allocation. /li /ul h3Expected skills /h3 pYou hold a Master’s degree in energy/electrical Engineering and you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing renewable energy projects and at least 2 years specifically in BESS project development in Italy. /p pA significant experience in project co-development, energy management or BESS revenue streams would be appreciated. /p pYou are highly skilled with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and have experience with software like Google Earth, QGIS, or equivalent GIS software. /p pYou are fluent in both Italian and English. /p h3Join REDEN: give lasting meaning to your career! /h3 pIn accordance with applicable pay transparency regulations, the position offers an annual gross salary ranging from €50,000 to €70,000, depending on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. /p pIn addition, the comprehensive benefits package includes: /p ul li1 day of remote working per week /li liMeal vouchers worth €10 for each day worked /li liCompany laptop and mobile phone /li liHealth insurance coverage through Metasalute, in line with the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry /li /ul pWe are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and rewarding compensation package that supports both professional growth and employee well-being. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
