Overview
In questo ruolo, verrai responsabile di analizzare la performance economica della rete di punti vendita, sviluppando budget, forecast e reportistica chiave. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Retail Director e Area Managers per definire target e valutare impatti promozionali e di mercato. Fornirai insight al Top Management tramite reportistica periodica e supporto decisionale. Questo ruolo offre l'opportunità di guidare trasformazioni data-driven e utilizzare strumenti analitici avanzati per migliorare profitti e crescita.

Responsabilità
- Elaborazione di budget annuale e forecast periodici
- Analisi KPI economici e scostamenti rispetto al budget
- Valutazione performance singole farmacie (fatturato e profittabilità) quotidianamente, settimanalmente e mensilmente
- Supporto al Retail Director e agli Area Manager per analisi e reporting ad hoc
- Aggiornamento mensile della reportistica per il Top Management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in discipline economiche o discipline matematico/statistiche
- 4/5 anni di esperienza in pianificazione e controllo in ambito Retail
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel con funzioni avanzate
- Familiarità con sistemi ERP e Power BI
- Flessibilità e adattabilità
- Gestione simultanea di progetti diversi
