He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design. /p h3Context and Purpose of the job /h3 pThe Retail Analyst will support the team in collecting and analyzing sales data, constantly monitoring KPIs with the aim of sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate and analyze Retail KPI reports /li liSupport the Retail team by providing business intelligence tools aligned with the needs of the business /li liSupport Retail office in the preparation of periodic analyses for business monitoring /li liTransfer the retail needs to the IT department for the development of innovative solutions /li liSupport the Retail team in preparing periodic sales contests by analyzing data patterns and suggesting actions to improve KPIs /li /ul pDescrizione profilo: /p h3Requirements /h3 ul li1 year of experience in a similar role /li liBachelor’s degree in economics/engineering /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liKnowledge of analytical and reporting tools (Business Objects, Microstrategy, SAS, Power Bi, Salesforce) and ability to analyze and design complex data marts /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and PowerPoint) /li /ul ul liOrganization, proactivity, problem solving attitude and attention to detail /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul pWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
