ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brpAs an bIT Project Manager - Fashion Production /b, you will coordinate Anaplan-based projects from the client IT side, acting as the link between Business stakeholders, IT teams and Anaplan technical teams. /p /brul /brliCoordinate Business, IT and Anaplan teams throughout the project lifecycle; /li /brliManage project delivery from development follow-up through testing, cutover and go-live; /li /brliAnalyse new initiatives, gather requirements and contribute to functional analysis and effort estimation; /li /brliDocument business needs, project decisions, risks, actions and deliverables; /li /brliTrack project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; /li /brliPrepare Steering Committees, status reports and project follow-ups; /li /brliCoordinate testing activities and go-live readiness; /li /brliContribute to business development opportunities within the Fashion and Luxury Retail sectors. /li /br /ul /brpThis position is bnearly fully remote /b, with occasional on-site presence required in bFlorence, Italy /b. /p /brpYou have experience in bIT project management, business transformation or functional consulting /b, ideally in the Fashion or Supply Chain sector. /p /brpYou also have: /p /brul /brliGood knowledge of Fashion industry processes, particularly bProduction Planning and Procurement Planning /b; /li /brliStrong functional analysis and requirements-gathering skills; /li /brliExperience coordinating Business, IT and technical teams; /li /brliGood project planning, documentation and reporting skills; /li /brliExperience managing risks, issues, dependencies and project actions; /li /brliThe ability to work effectively in an international and remote environment; /li /brliPrevious experience with bAnaplan /b or a comparable planning solution is a strong advantage; /li /brliFluency in English. /li /br /ul /brpYou are structured, autonomous and proactive, with strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset. /p /brh3Key skills /h3 /brul /brliFashion Supply Chain processes; /li /brliFunctional analysis and requirements gathering; /li /brliIT project management and stakeholder coordination; /li /brliProject governance, reporting and risk management; /li /brliTesting, cutover and go-live coordination;Anaplan or enterprise planning solutions. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
