Building Services Compliance Intern

Opportunity:

We are expanding our FGAS & Thermal Registry department and need an intern. You will support document processing, client relations, and regulatory verification.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with compliance documentation and inquiries;
• Validate technical records for FGAS and RCEE reporting;
• Update and maintain data on compliance portals and software;
• Collaborate with technical advisors to meet all legal deadlines;
• Accompany engineers on field checks when necessary.

Requirements:

• Technical qualification in Thermotechnics, Energy, or Mechanics;
• Interest in HVAC laws and statutory compliance;
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications;
• Meticulous, structured, and highly detail-oriented;
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude;
• Ready for hybrid office and on-site work.
