Technical Compliance Specialist (Internship)

Position Details:

We are looking for an intern to bolster our Legislative Compliance – FGAS & Thermal Registry division. You will oversee document handling, provide customer guidance, and verify regulatory conformity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Field compliance-related questions from customers;
• Check and sign off on FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control (RCEE) documentation;
• Enter and refresh data in compliance tracking platforms;
• Team up with technical advisors to guarantee deadline fulfillment;
• Support on-site assessments with senior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in Plumbing, Energy, or Mechanics;
• Eagerness to learn about HVAC laws and legislative duties;
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications;
• Thorough, methodical, and highly organized;
• Interpersonally skilled with a client-first approach;
• Open to traveling to client facilities for inspections.
