European Automotive Sales Leader: OEM & Tier 1 Growth

Johnson Electric in Asti seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth for an assigned automotive business unit in Europe. You will lead a four-person sales team across Italy, Germany, and France, shaping commercial strategy and expanding OEM and Tier 1 partnerships.
You will manage pricing, long-term agreements, and value engineering initiatives, with strong emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management. Travel across Europe (~40%) is required.
