In this role you will ensure the quality and reliability of data-centric products, translating business questions into measurable data requirements and validation criteria. You will work at the intersection of business analysis, data validation, and product quality, shaping dashboards, analytical models, and reporting outputs. You will leverage AI-assisted tools and specification-driven practices to improve analysis, validation, and documentation, driving clarity and business value. This position offers the chance to impact data quality and reporting excellence in a multinational, cross-functional setting.

Responsabilità
- Define and validate KPIs, metrics, benchmarking models and analytical requirements
- Translate business questions into data requirements, quality criteria and acceptance conditions
- Validate data quality across reporting and analytics outputs
- Support design and evolution of dashboards, semantic models and analytical products
- Analyze diverse data sources to identify trends, gaps, opportunities and risks
- Contribute to acceptance criteria and validation frameworks aligned with specification-driven delivery
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, validation, documentation and quality processes
- Support adoption of AI-enabled analytical and reporting capabilities
- Create documentation of metrics, definitions, validation rules and expected analytical behaviours
- Ensure analytics outputs are understandable, actionable and aligned with stakeholder needs
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in data analysis, BI, software QA for data products or related roles
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good SQL skills and ability to explore/validate structured datasets
- Experience with reporting/dashboarding/visualization tools, preferably Power BI
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable KPIs and validation criteria
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to support analysis, validation, reporting, documentation or quality activities
- Familiarity with specification-driven methodologies such as OpenSpec or equivalent
- Genuine interest in AI, analytics innovation and cutting-edge technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and value
- Good communication skills with stakeholders of varying technical levels
