The role includes checking manufacturing activities, inspecting mechanical components, verifying compliance with project specifications and international standards, and helping ensure quality throughout production. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliInspect piping components and mechanical equipment during manufacturing and testing. /liliCheck compliance with project specifications, technical documents, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and applicable international standards. /liliMonitor manufacturing activities such as forging, casting, machining, assembly, coating, and testing. /liliReview Material Test Certificates (MTCs), quality records, and manufacturing documents. /liliReview dimensional checks, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications. /liliSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and witness pressure tests. /liliMonitor supplier quality performance and report non-conformities when needed. /liliWork with clients, suppliers, and project teams to meet contractual and technical requirements. /liliPrepare inspection reports and keep accurate quality records. /li /ulpbr/ppbMandatory Requirements /b /pulli8-10 year of experience in Oil Gas, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing. /liliGood knowledge of international standards and codes, including: /liliAPI /liliASTM /liliASME /liliNACE /liliISO /li /ulpGood understanding of manufacturing processes, including: /pulliForging /liliCasting /liliMachining /liliAssembly /li /ulpbr/pulliBasic knowledge of metallurgy and metallic materials. /li /ulpAbility to read and
