Brand & Partnerships Lead

We are launching Novavia in Italy and looking for one person to build and own the brand from scratch.

ABOUT NOVAVIA AND HOLI

Novavia is the Italian brand of Holi, Poland's first online obesity clinic. Since 2023 Holi has treated obesity as the chronic disease it is for more than 4000 patients, through telemedicine: a physician, a dietitian who also looks after the psychological side of eating, and an app that supports patients between visits.

Italy is our second market. We have no audience here yet, but three years of patient insight and the experience of our team in Poland to build on.

THE ROLE

You set the content strategy and you make it happen. You report to our Head of Brand in Poland and work within the group brand strategy, but in Italy you decide and you execute. Day to day you work with our expansion lead for Italy, our Italian content creator and our operations specialist. Paid media is run by our performance team in Poland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Turn the group brand strategy into a Novavia strategy for Italy, and adapt what already works in Poland.
• Own our Italian channels: positioning, editorial strategy, tone of voice and formats. You mostly direct production rather than doing it all yourself: our content creator, external partners, and our physicians and nutrition professionals for educational content work to your briefs.
• Step in and make content yourself when needed: design simple graphics and animations for posts, Stories and Reels using tools like Figma or Canva
• Build and run our creator, UGC and ambassador pipeline: sourcing, contracts and usage rights, briefs, correct Italian ad labelling (#adv) and quality control.
• Build our PR from scratch: first relationships with Italian health and lifestyle media, and choosing the industry and medical events where Novavia should be present.
• Manage a basic local budget for creators, production and PR. The paid media budget stays with our performance team.
• Work closely with our performance team in Poland on paid campaigns: creative direction, local insight, and what to test next.
• Keep everything we publish within Italian rules on health communication and advertising, with our guidelines and our legal and medical advisors behind you.
• Measure what works and report on it in English.
• Run the Instagram and Facebook content calendar and create content built on strong hooks, storytelling and retention.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• You are a native Italian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
• You live in Italy (preferable) or can travel there regularly.
• At least 4 years in brand, content or social media marketing for a consumer brand, with at least one brand whose channels and content you owned end to end, from strategy to publishing.
• You have worked with creators, influencers or agencies on behalf of a brand, and can show the work.
• You are comfortable making decisions and executing them on your own, while reporting into a team in another country.
• You care about branding and know why a brand feels the way it does.
• You know how to build brand awareness without paid ads, through the right formats, posting frequency, collaborations and working with the algorithm.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience communicating about weight and health without stigma or "miracle diet" aesthetics.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness or nutrition in the Italian market.
• You have placed stories in Italian media, directly or with a PR agency.

TERMS

We are open to two set-ups: part-time (around 20 hours a week) through the launch, with the option to move to full-time in 2027, or full-time from the start. Tell us which you prefer. Employment contract or freelance engagement invoiced with P.IVA. The contracting party is Percorso Health S.r.l., the Italian company of the Holi group. Remote, with occasional on-site days in Italy to oversee content shoots and work with creators. 

Start: November/ December 2026 (negotiable).

Compensation, depending on target setup: employment contract with a gross annual salary (RAL) of EUR 35,000-55,000+ for full-time, pro-rated for part-time.
