You just found it. /p pbPEOPLE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (H/F) /b /p pbPermanent contract – Milan (Cinisello Balsamo) /bbr/bHybrid working – up to 3 days/week remote /b /p pJoin bGetinge /b and take part in creating a great employee experience within an international MedTech environment. /p pAs part of our bPeople Culture team in Italy /b, we are looking for a People Experience Specialist to support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. /p pReporting directly to the People Culture Manager, you will take on a broad and hands-on HR role combining HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, Health Safety and employee experience. /p pbYour responsibilities /b /p pAs a key point of contact for our employees, you will: /p ul liManage bHR administration and employee lifecycle activities /b, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, benefits and employee records, /li liCoordinate the bmonthly payroll process /b with our external payroll provider and Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data, /li liAct as a trusted bHR point of contact for employees /b regarding administrative questions, benefits, leave and HR processes, /li liContribute to local and global bPeople Culture projects /b, including employee engagement, training, digitalization, DEIB and change initiatives. /li liManage recruitment processes for interns and selected positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews and preboarding, in collaboration with managers and Talent Acquisition, /li liSupport the People Culture Manager in bHealth Safety activities /b, coordinating occupational health, mandatory training, documentation and HS providers, /li liSupport our bGender Equality Certification /b, including KPI monitoring, documentation and audit preparation, /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with Italian employment legislation, collective agreements and Getinge policies. /li /ul pbWho are you? /b /p pYou have a degree in bHuman Resources or a related field /b, combined with at least b3 years of experience in a generalist HR role /b, ideally within an international or structured organization. /p pYou enjoy working across different HR topics and are comfortable combining hands‑on operational activities with broader People Culture initiatives. /p pYou also bring: /p ul liGood knowledge of bHR administration, payroll processes and the employee lifecycle /b, /li liFluency in bItalian and English /b, allowing you to work confidently in an international environment, /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, /li liA proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset, /li liThe ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion. /li /ul pExperience with Zucchetti and/or SuccessFactors, as well as exposure to Health Safety activities, would be an advantage. /p pbWhat do we offer? /b /p ul liPermanent contract, /li liFull‑time position – 40 hours/week, /li liHybrid working with up to 3 days of smart working per week, /li liGross annual salary between €30,000 and €43,000, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies, /li liMeal vouchers, health insurance and additional wellbeing benefits, /li liAn international and collaborative working environment. /li /ul p#LI-SH1 /p pbAbout us /b /p pWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
