Imperial Brands is seeking a CRM & Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Rome. You’ll support the Sales Force with high-quality data, insightful reporting and effective CRM management, ensuring the CRM platform delivers reliable insights to drive performance.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, combine analytical thinking with hands-on system management, and contribute to continuous CRM improvements in a multinational environment.
